Kyle hails from Hillmond, Saskatchewan and has called the Yukon home since 2020. He has been an outdoors person his whole life, and his passion for fishing started at age three with his first fish. Starting in 2016 he spent his summers guiding lake trout and pike in the Northwest Territories, and he is as well known for the shore lunches he cooks on the bank as for putting people on fish.
The style is relaxed, focusing on big fish and wild places. Groups are small, and the day adapts to you. Beginners are welcome; many trips are first-time experiences. Families, fly anglers, and trophy hunters all have tailored days.

Kyle runs quality equipment so you do not have to bring any of your own: Shimano rods and reels, Garmin sonar to find fish and structure, a new made-in-Canada Alumarine boat in summer, and a 2024 Skidoo Skandic snowmobile on the ice.
Most trips run on lakes and rivers within about two hours of Whitehorse, but the entire Yukon is fair game for custom and overnight trips. Kyle picks the water to match the season, the conditions and what you want to catch.
